We are currently taking applications for mastermind group membership. (For information on mastermind groups, please scroll down.) Please let us know which night of the week you would like to attend. Please note that after attending three meetings, a three month commitment will be required. This is to insure that all members are able to have a quarterly Board of Directors meeting.

What is a Mastermind Group?

A mastermind group is a small group of people who are dedicated to working together to help each other achieve success. All the members basically work as a Board of Directors for each other. This gives each member of the group the support that they need in order to succeed. History has proven to us that most successful businessmen had a team of people that they counciled with and had regular masterminding meetings with. The reason we find that this works, is that entrepreneurs are very focused and passionate about their business. And frequently, sitting down with a group of people and discussing their businesses gives them a fresh new perspective on the issues that they are facing. Each member of the group is bringing with him a different set of skills, different experiences, different training, and different views. So when all the members are focusing on a business, it can be very enlightening. We feel that it is one of the most important tools for running a business.

Highway 2 Success has put together a program that allows business owners to get together on a weekly basis, with each member of the group having a quarterly Board of Directors meeting focused on his or her business. Each member will benefit from the expertise, experience, resources, and skill sets of the other members. We have also found that due to the nature of the group, the members form a bond and a trust that one does not usually find in larger groups. This naturally leads to networking and referrals.
