Highway 2 Success was founded by Cynthia Butman from Orange County, CA.  Ms. Butman has acted as a consultant for entrepreneurs for over 20 years and has a passion for business - specifically for working with business owners.  Her career has allowed her to work side by side with business owners to audit business and create business plans, marketing plans, and set up procedures for the success of her clients.

The staff at Highway 2 Success shares her passion, and is devoted to providing entrepreneurs with the best possible training and support available.  We believe that business is all about relationships, and we have designed our program around creating healthy, positive business relationships that will continue strengthening the businesses of our members long after they finish our programs.  We not only provide the training necessary for entrepreneurs to reach their goals, but the opportunity for our members to work together and to support each other as they travel this exciting highway to success through masterminding, networking, and mentoring.

Highway 2 Success takes pride in providing a well-rounded educational program for entrepreneurs that not only gives them information, but gives them the tools they will need to implement them.

Early this year Ms Butman began feeling a real call to provide support to Christian business owners who are striving to run their businesses through Biblical financial and managerial principles.    In today's economy, Cynthia believes that it is more important than ever for business owners to understand their position in the Kingdom of God, and the principles that the Word of God lays out for His people.

To fulfill her calling in the marketplace, Highway 2 Success began offering mastermind groups designed specifically for the Christian business owner.  While the mastermind groups maintain the same focus of providing a strong council for each member, the format of the mastermind groups has been changed slightly to provide time for focus prayer and study on the fundamentals of business management and finance provided in the Bible. 

With over 20 years of working with business owners, Ms. Butman is devoted to providing entrepreneurs with the tools necessary to insure their success.
